Board service & Multimedia for LGBTQ+ Bar Association

In the landmark year of 2012, I had the honor of serving on QLaw’s Board of Directors and as the Co-Chair of the Communications Committee. That very year, Washington State made history by becoming the first state in the U.S. to embrace marriage equality through a popular vote — a movement that went nationwide just two years later.

During my tenure, I produced a series of videos to coincide with the annual QLaw Banquet, an event graced by distinguished judges, corporate leaders, and law firms from across the Pacific Northwest. Through these videos, we sought to underscore QLaw’s unwavering commitment to championing equality and equity. Additionally, they served a dual purpose — to rally and inspire key stakeholders to bolster their financial support for this pivotal nonprofit specialty bar association.
