Wyldmynd x EthCC 2023: A Curated Space for Innovation, Wellness, and Networking

Wyldmynd, an event company specializing in major Web3 and blockchain conferences, designed and executed an immersive experience at EthCC 2023 in Paris. Held in July 2023, the EthCC (Ethereum Community Conference) is Europe's largest annual Ethereum event, bringing together developers, industry leaders, and enthusiasts to explore the latest in blockchain technology and decentralized applications.

For the event, Wyldmynd took over a four-room gallery in the historic Marais district, just minutes from the conference hall. The space was transformed into a sophisticated breakout venue where corporate clients hosted seminars and private events. Additionally, we created a luxurious attendee lounge, designed with the comfort of an airport First Class lounge in mind. Guests could relax, recharge, and network in a serene setting with premium catering services.

Throughout the week, the venue also hosted popular wellness sessions, including guided meditations and Kundalini Yoga, offering a respite from the fast-paced conference atmosphere. Unlike other sponsored spaces, this one stood out by avoiding aggressive sales tactics. Instead, the focus was on fostering meaningful connections and promoting sustainability.

Alcyone Reserve collaborated closely with Wyldmynd on multiple aspects of the project, including:

• Designing custom signage and wall decorations that aligned with the event’s themes.

• Creating interactive media walls that were constantly updated throughout the event.

• Managing logistics and providing on-the-ground support for the buildout in Paris.

• Offering language accommodations for Spanish- and Latin American-speaking attendees.
