Full Event Branding, Digital Infrastructure, and Marketing Materials

For the 2025 Global Earth Repair Convergence & Festival, Alcyone Reserve provided comprehensive creative and technical solutions to bring this monumental event to life. Working closely with event organizers, I developed a cohesive brand identity and an array of materials designed to elevate the event’s global presence, attract sponsors, and inspire changemakers to join the movement for planetary regeneration.

Key Contributions:

• Website Development: Designed and built a professional, user-friendly website on Squarespace to showcase the event, complete with detailed program information, presenter bios, and key resources.

• Reservation Software & Scheduling Setup: Integrated and customized advanced reservation and ticketing systems, enabling seamless registration for attendees. Created frameworks for workshop scheduling, meal package selection, and breakout sessions, simplifying the attendee experience.

• Event Posters: Crafted visually stunning event posters, optimized for both digital and print use, capturing the convergence’s mission and energy.

• Sponsorship Prospectus: Designed a polished sponsorship prospectus and PowerPoint slide deck to engage potential sponsors, presenting a compelling case for financial support. The prospectus included sponsorship levels, benefits, and strategic opportunities for involvement.

• Event Branding: Developed a vibrant and cohesive brand identity for the Convergence, including a refined color palette, typography, and custom visuals that reflect the event’s themes of ecological restoration, cultural celebration, and planetary regeneration.

This project brought together my expertise in branding, design, and event strategy to support an initiative dedicated to meaningful global impact. This work demonstrates my ability to translate a complex, multi-faceted event into an accessible and visually captivating experience, in line with the mission of the Global Earth Repair Foundation.
