RiverPlace Signage Overhaul:

Guiding the Way at Portland’s Waterfront

In 2017, the RiverPlace development at Portland's bustling waterfront marina and esplanade needed a signage refresh – and we delivered. Tasked with updating wayfinding and parking directional signage, we worked within the parameters of the original structures to create a fresh, vibrant design that was both visually engaging and quick to absorb.

The goal? To enhance the visitor experience at the nexus of Portland’s downtown and South Waterfront. Our designs not only modernized the look but also communicated key information about the area’s many amenities, shops, restaurants, and transportation options.

This project was a fun way for our team at Alcyone Reserve to harness to the power of design in transforming spaces into user-friendly, welcoming destinations.
